Tin Ceiling at Tryst Lounge
This tin ceiling at Tryst in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington DC really shows the depth of color you can get with traditional or faux tin ceiling tiles.

By choosing a finish already available, or creating your own with some paint and elbow grease you can have a ceiling that looks vintage without the cost, and that fits your space.

You can get a similar look in your cafe, night club, bar or home with the Queen Anne Tile and Stately Arches Cornice in a Rawhide White finish.

Vintage Antique Tin Ceiling in Toronto CanadaCan you believe this photo? This gorgeous tin ceiling comes from the entrance of a store on Dundas at Keele in Toronto Canada. Combined with the windows and vintage chandelier, this is a store front you would never forget walking into.

You can recreate this look in your store with tin ceiling tiles finished in copper, or even faux tin tiles. With copper tiles the ceiling would age so wonderfully, and it’s a perfect way to accent a smaller entrance without having to break the bank. Even if you didn’t have the architectural feel from the windows, it would be easy to create a vintage look with faux painted walls. I would love this look in a small pub or vintage clothing store.

Canada Restaurant Tin CeilingThis gorgeous tin ceiling comes from the restaurant Bathurst Manor in North York, Ontario, Canada.

The photographer loved it so much during his dinner that he took out his camera and shared it with everyone on Flickr – and there really is no better compliment for a restaurant ceiling. How many of us have wanted to take a picture of a dirty boring white drop ceiling in a restaurant? Not me, that’s for sure!

That’s the beauty of tin ceilings in bars, restaurants, stores or night clubs, they are so unexpected that they really make a statement. Not only do they protect your ceiling from damage and hide ugly stains with no maintenance cost, they are a great talking feature for your customers!

You can get this look in your restaurant with the Savannah or Edgerton Square tin ceiling tiles, and yes we even ship to Canada!

Faux Tin Ceiling in a Bar

Choosing a ceiling tile for your new bar or pub is probably one of the last items that is on your mind when opening a new business. Fortunately, there are many options available now in faux tin ceiling tiles that will make your decision easier, and make a huge visual impact on your customers. There really is nothing worse than looking up in your favorite bar and finding those smokey, drab, water stained drop in styrofoam ceiling tiles.

Easy Installation

Drop in styrofoam ceiling tiles have been the go-to choice for restaurant and bar owners because the installation is so simple. You install the grid and the ceiling tiles pop right in. Faux tin ceiling tiles work exactly the same so there is no gluing or nailing. » Read the rest of the entry..

Library Tin Ceiling
I’m not sure if this tin ceiling is an original at the Lester Public Library or if they installed it recently, but I love the color! This really shows you how you can personalize tin tiles in a commercial space, or even in your own home.

Not sure I like the track lighting, but at least you can see what it would look like in your space. Maybe if it was painted the same red so the tracks blended into the tiles I would like it more. Great use of a tin border and cornice though that really give the ceiling a finished look.

You can get a similar look with the Renaissance Faire Tin Tile.
